Motorcycles

Just like there are many different styles of Bicycles there are many different styles of Motorcycles. You have cruisers, sport bikes, Dual sport and even scooters. I personally own and ride a Cruiser style.
Each of these have different Characteristics and riding positions. The Cruiser is a more laid back ride, usually a heavier bike with a larger motor. These are great for taking longer rides. Then you have the sport bikes. These things are Quick high rev, fast acceleration not much for comfort though. The riding position is more crouched forward with most of the rider weight on your arms and hands. sport bikes are great handling much lighter than the cruisers. Dual sport bikes are more of an all around ride, with a more upright riding position, many people even take these off the mantained highways to dirt and logging roads. Next up are the scooters not much for either speed or power. However you do see these alot in the city though a couple friends of mine "vespa riders" can attest that they are not real comfy on the long haul.
No matter what you ride you should always put safety first, take and approved riders course. Make sure your machine is in good repair with all lights working and tires properly aired up. There is also lots of Gear that should be considered such as boots, gloves, helmet, sunglasses, a Good Jacket and raingear would also be advisable to have in your closet.
I think every man should own at least one bike, you may even want to build one which would mean of course more toys er. tools to buy.
No matter what you choose to ride remember to keep it safe and to show up gassed up. otherwise you get the pacifier "baby prize"

Cordless Drills

One tool that I just cant seem to be without is the cordless drill. There are so many of these on the market today it can be mind boggling which one to buy. I personally like to use the larger 18v drills. one bonus of these cordless drills is the large amount of additional tools you can use with the batteries. there are kits that come with Reciprocating saws, flashlights, hammer drills and even circular saws. With all the options available today in these cordless tools I think this is one that every man should have in the garage.
